We have developed two programs that will answer that question, and then some. Our builder partnership program and builder production program.

▪      Builder Partnership Program : The premise is simple. Turnkey solutions that build upon themselves, you get an automatic percentage of the sale, and your clients get perks for working with you as a builder through us.

For example, your client wants an intrusion alarm system, structured wiring, a 5.1 home theater, and a few speakers around the home. We have good, better, best packages they can choose from that are flexible to change. They get the latest technology completely integrated together. (i.e. - intrusion alarm system can control 5.1 home theater system)

Secondly, Your commision is not built into price, it is coming out of our profits. It is a true partnership were we can provide technologies with minimum margins into a home giving your business that cutting edge that is needed in this market.

With every packages agreed upon by your customer, we have "incentive" to work with you the builder. (i.e. - they purchase an intrusion alarm system, we could give 1 year free monitoring or a 5.1 surround system installed with a free universal remote)

▪      Builder Production Program :  This is our standard sub-contract program. If just basic pre-wire or trim is need for low-voltage systems in the home is what you need this is the program. We are dedicated to meet all industry standards in wiring for future proofing homes for technology and the most affordable price in the Tri-County area. This would be our "a la carte" menu for the builder industry
